How this started

I'm not a recruiting consultant who decided to build a business. I'm a parent with two kids playing high-level sports, who hit the same wall every sports parent eventually hits: there is no single place that tells you how this actually works.

So I did what you're probably doing right now. I read everything. I sat down with coaches and asked them, directly, what actually gets a player noticed and what's just noise. I talked to players who'd already been through the process, and to other parents who were exactly as lost as I was, at tournaments, at showcases, in the same waiting rooms, all of us piecing together the same puzzle from different angles.

The difference is what I did with it. I have a background in IT, and the instinct to organize information isn't optional for me, it's how I think. Every rule, every deadline, every division's scholarship structure, every pattern I heard repeated by coaches across different sports, I documented, cross-checked, and turned into something a family could actually use, not just another opinion added to the pile.

That system is what grew into what you're looking at now. It's been tested against real recruiting timelines, real coach conversations, and real families navigating this after us. It's not built from theory. It's built from doing this, for our own kids, first.

That system is what grew into what you're looking at now. It's built from doing this myself, for my own kids, first, then refined and expanded as I kept researching and talking to more coaches and families along the way.

You don't need to become an expert in NCAA bylaws to get your athlete recruited. You need someone who already did, and turned it into a plan you can follow.
